Elizabeth Olson, Dc
Dr. Olson grew up in Red Wing. She graduated from New York Chiropractic College with honors, worked in diverse clinical settings, won the Distinguished Service in Basic Science award, and won the Clarence Flick Research Award.
She was the primary investigator in NYCC's yoga and mindfulness study. She is well versed in the science of yoga and mindfulness. She currently teaches yoga anatomy nationally.
Dr. Olson spent her twenties learning about the human body through yoga and mindfulness. She worked with world renowned teachers Yogi Amrit Desai, Yogeshwari Kamini Desai, and Mary Jarvis. She is certified in Bikram and Amrit yoga.
